Can you tell me more about your consultations?
I offer in person and tele-health options. Tele-health consultations are held by video conferencing (HIPAA compliant).
In person options are available in the Raleigh NC area.
Can I ask questions before my initial consult?

How do I prepare for my initial consult?
Once your session is paid for, you will be set up with a client portal. There you will complete intake forms including:
Consent Forms
Intake Forms/Questionnaires
3-Day Food Journal
To ensure I am fully prepared for our time together, all of these forms must be completed within 4 days of package purchase.
You are also encouraged to upload any labs you have that are less than 6 months old, so that I can review them for nutritional significance.
I do not take insurance at this time.
