Hey, I’m Desiree
I’m a nurse turned nutritionist passionate about helping high-achieving women improve their energy, hormones, and metabolic health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. My approach combines clinical insight with realistic strategies that support long-term health without extreme wellness trends or all-or-nothing thinking. Nutrition With Purpose.
After years working as a nurse, I saw firsthand how many women were struggling with their health while trying to keep up with demanding careers, workouts, responsibilities, and unrealistic wellness expectations. I created R&R Integrative Nutrition to provide evidence-based nutrition support that feels practical, approachable, and individualized-not restrictive, trendy, or overwhelming.
My goal is to help women better understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in their health through realistic strategies rooted in both science and common sense.
Where it all began
2012
My background in nursing (MSN) gave me a firsthand look at the complexity of health and the importance of individualized care, critical thinking, and collaboration within healthcare.
2022
As I continued advanced education and clinical training, my approach evolved to combine science-backed nutrition with practical strategies that work in real life.
2024
I began my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition while also mentoring newer practitioners looking to strengthen their nutrition knowledge and clinical confidence.
2020/2021
After leaving nursing, I pursued my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification to better support women through a more preventative, nutrition-focused approach to health.
2026
Graduating with my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition marked another step forward in my commitment to evidence-based, compassionate, and realistic nutrition care.
2021
R&R Integrative Nutrition (I went through several business names) was created to bridge the gap between evidence-based nutrition and realistic, sustainable lifestyle support for high-achieving women.
Today, R&R Integrative Nutrition supports women through individualized nutrition counseling, education, workshops, and collaborative, client-centered care.
